Shipping Policy

We offer several shipping options. The most economical method is UPS ground. Delivery by this method can be expected in 1 - 7 days in the Continental US depending on your location. You may also request next day or 2nd day. We also use the US Postal Service. Shipping charges are calculated on total cart cost at checkout.

Shipping charges for all U.S. orders are calculated as follows:

$0 - $250.00....................$15.00
$250.01 - $500.00............$20.00
$500.01 - $1,000.00.........$25.00
Over $1,000.00................$45.00

Washington residents will be charged sales tax based on their respective location.

Backorder Policy

In the event we are out of stock on an item, we will ship backorders as soon as possible. Backorder items may take 3 - 4 weeks to ship, depending on the item. We will notify you by e-mail of the status of all backorders. Please notify us if you do not want us to complete the backorder process. A credit card payment is required to reserve backordered items.

Return policy

Items returned must be received within 14 days of your original purchase.
All returns must be authorized. Please contact us for return authorization.
Returns that have not been given approval will be refused.
All products must be returned in new condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Items that have been worn, cleaned, altered, or soiled cannot be accepted for return.
Shoes should be worn on a carpeted floor for several hours to assure proper fit. Shoes that have any marks on soles or heels cannot be accepted for return.
Special order items and/or custom-designed products may be returned for exchange or credit and must be in new and unused condition.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
